A high-volume editorial and motion workflow built to deliver multiple finished pieces on a tight schedule. Each composed of animations, placeholders, and transitions that needed to sync precisely with music and voice-over.

Note: This animation was produced for an external partner. I helped build a post-production workflow and an After Effects template designed to scale the production of multiple pieces within a short timeframe.

Each piece was edited around music and voice-over, so it was important for the animation to match the rhythm and timing of the edit.

Visual cues were embedded in the editorial timeline to sync VFX and SFX timing and run the work in After Effects and audio design simultaneously.

The project structure and After Effects template allowed quick assembly and customization to match editorial cuts.

Because each piece was composed of multiple animations and placeholders with unique transitions, a style sheet from the composition was made to help motion designers select from multiple palettes that suited the piece best.
